Alice Agnelli has a well followed cooking blog, A Gipsy in the Kitchen (agipsyinthekitchen.com), which in the last years she managed to turn into a real job. Born in 1980, Milanese from Milan – based on her studies I’d say from Milan’s upper class – Alice scheduled the appointment for this interview in a hotel in the city center. She arrived twenty minutes late, but in her rush she wrote at least a couple of emails to alert us. She looks nice and smart, and maybe she is. She certainly conveys her great passion for what she does.
